At 7:32 a.m.on November 23,an all-cargo plane loaded with nearly 100 tons of cross-border e-commerce goods took off from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to East Midlands Airport in Derby,marking the official opening of the“Hangzhou-Derby”all-cargo flight route,which is expected to fly three times a week,with a capacity of 300 tons per week.The route is expected to fly three times a week,with a capacity of 300 tons per week.This is the second international all-cargo flight route opened in November at Hangzhou Airport since the opening of“Hangzhou-Los Angeles”all-cargo flight route,further weaving the Hangzhou Airport air cargo network,and building a new air transportation channel for the European market.

East Midlands Airport is the second largest cargo airport in the United Kingdom,about 160 kilometers away from the British capital,London,providing aviation capacity for London and the surrounding areas.It is now the peak season for Christmas shopping in Europe and the United States,such as“Black Friday”,and compared with previous years,this year's major e-commerce platforms have longer promotional periods,and cross-border e-commerce goods will usher in the export peak in advance.
