On August 30,the Ministry of Commerce released the assessment and evaluation results of the 2023 cross-border e-commerce integrated pilot zone,and selected Hangzhou and other 10 excellent cross-border e-commerce integrated pilot zones.

Since the approval,Hangzhou comprehensive test area focus on building a global first-class cross-border e-commerce demonstration center,2021,2022,2023 for three consecutive years was assessed as the national excellent comprehensive test area.

From the earliest national test“point”,to the current string“chain”to build“circle”,Hangzhou cross-border e-commerce pilot zone continue to explore reforms,to build the national optimal cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.

At present,Hangzhou cross-border e-commerce platform,independent station channel diversification,two-thirds of the country's cross-border e-commerce retail export platform in Hangzhou.The cross-border e-commerce service ecosystem is rich.It has gathered a number of third-party cross-border remittance platforms,normalized the operation of 22 international all-cargo routes,and cultivated the headquarters of a number of national headquartered cross-border logistics enterprises.It has built a global cross-border e-commerce knowledge service center,a brand research center,a brand operation center and a brand design center.

As a next step,Hangzhou will take the excellent assessment of the national comprehensive test area as a driving force,and focus on building a leading place for cross-border e-commerce industry development,a source of system innovation,and an optimal service ecology,so as to create a first-class demonstration center for cross-border e-commerce in the country.
