I.Development situation of Qiantang New District

In July 2019,Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government has approved to set up Qiantang New District.The space area includes Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster and Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.It locates in the easternmost coast of Hangzhou.There are Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,Hangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Linjiang High-tech Industrial Development Zone these 3 national brands.The targets of four industries built in the future are world class intelligent manufacturing industry cluster,Yangtze River Delta industrial integration development demonstration area,digital economy and intelligent manufacturing integration leading area in Hangzhou Bay,and the provincial landmark strategic reform and opening up platform.

II.Development situation of Xiasha Park of Qiantang New District

Create cross-border e-commerce mode firstly to build up cross-border e-commerce new ecology.

Xiasha Park is opened in May 2014,and it has begun with cross-border retailing in 2015.It has gain success in the first batch of B2B pilot project in 2016;and there has been test of the pilot in 2017.The comprehensive Jinguan phase II switching of the area has been completed in the March 2019.In this year.

Cross-border ecology has been in the construction at the same time.The first eWTP public service platform has been launched on December 27,2019.The first cross-border college has been set up in May 28,2020,and the first batch of 100-students recruitment has been completed.There has been an opening ceremony in the college.30%of them are the oversea students in the Sino-African cooperation in“the Belt and Road”.The first cross-bordered e-commerce court has been set up with the cooperation of Hangzhou Internet Court on July 15,2020,locating in Xiasha Park.

Build up the global central warehouse within the country

Concept of“Four Sharing Warehouses”: (1)The sharing warehouse of non-bonded goods and bonded goods; (2) “Allocation within the same warehouse”of the export trade and import trade; (3) “Delivery within the same warehouse”of small deal and big transaction”; (4) “sharing the same warehouse”of foreign trade and domestic trade.
